Tanks Direct provided a complete fuel storage and dispensing solution for the MWAA Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project Railyard and Maintenance Facility. The scope included the supply and installation of processing equipment, piping systems, and all related accessories.

The system features two 15,000-gallon double-wall underground fiberglass tanks for gasoline and diesel (Highland Tank), along with a 2,500-gallon double-wall underground tank for DEF storage and two additional 2,500-gallon vertical polyethylene glycol storage tanks. Additional components include fuel dispensers, a Veeder-Root tank monitoring system, and lube equipment.

In total, the project incorporates 5 storage tanks with a combined capacity exceeding 46,000 gallons, supporting reliable, day-to-day transit operations.

Tanks Direct also provided installation, startup, and training services, delivering a fully integrated, turnkey solution.
