Tanks Direct was contracted to furnish and deliver a Xerxes by Shawcor underground fiberglass water storage tank for the Acorn Secure Self Storage Facility south of Akron, Ohio.

In Massillon, Ohio, the 10,000-gallon tank was installed for use as a dry hydrant tank. It will serve as a local source of water for the local fire department to use in case of a fire. Dry-hydrant tanks provide a direct feed for fire department pump trucks.
